Versa 2 stuck in charge mode

I put my versa 2 on charge this morning. When I took it off charge the clock screen will not come up, and it still appears as if it is charging. I can scroll up to see my Fitbit stats but the other screens don’t display and the battery icon still shows that it is charging.

Have you tried restarting the Versa 2?

If not, please give it a try:

To restart your watch, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the
Fitbit logo on the screen.
Restarting your watch reboots the device but doesn't delete any data.
