Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

All I can get on my Versa 2 is the time screen.  The screen is totally unresponsive.  I’ve tried holding the button for 10 seconds, the Fitbit logo comes up but nothing else happens.

Yes I had this problem I had to get a new one sent to me because it kept freezing even when I reset it

I am already on my replacement screen but again my versa 2 is not syncing !

Hi there, @Versa2Query. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

I’ve tried all your suggestions, several times, but the Versa 2 is still unresponsive.  It still records steps, heart rate, etc., which I can monitor from my phone but the screen is still unresponsive.  Kind of a waste of money as I’ve only had it since August, 2021!  Would not recommend this Fitbit. 

 

Update: What a waste of money, have only had the Versa 2 less than four months and it’s broken already!  Not impressed!

 

Crazy!  Definitely don’t recommend this Fitbit.  My wife’s two year old Inspire HR works great!  Just shows spending more money isn’t always best!
