I've checked a few of the related forums and have attempted the solutions listed, but my Versa 2 still will not turn on or load past the Fitbit logo. It worked fine two days ago, this started yesterday. I don't believe I got it wet or anything like that. No issues until now as well. Does anyone have a possible solution to this issue? I miss tracking my fitness!

@Lareina716 Welcome on board. If you still have issues swiping your Fitbit's screen, please restart your it as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Not sure if there is a fix, but I had this same thing happen to me this past weekend. It stayed like that for about 2 days and then it started acting like normal afterwards. Putting it on the charger, taking it off, or pressing the side button did not work. Something I have noticed since it has returned to it's normal face is it will not allow me to see the optional features... exercise, timer, music selection, etc. I have tried to swipe the screen in all directions, but no dice. Good luck and hopefully it will change back like mine did.
