Hi, my versa 2 has recently been stuck on the fitbit logo and will not restart when I press and hold the button. The device will not sync to my iphone and the green heart rate light will not come on. I have let the battery drain and recharged it with no luck.

Hi there, @cj2567. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

yesterday my fitbit ran out of battery for a week and I didn't charge it.
Last night when I was charging, initially the battery sign appeared with an exclamation mark, after a few moments of charging the fit bit logo appeared but it didn't vibrate as usual. after that the fit bit logo appears and then turns off again, and again the fit bit logo appears, and so on.
