Hello again @Robh12345

You are correct. I had forgotten that the charger on the Versa 2 covers the side button. I apologize. I would recommend calling Fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I find calling them directly or using Live Chat as the best method.

Hello @Robh12345

Have you tried restarting it while it’s plugged into the charger? I find that I often need to hold down the button for more than the recommended amount of time to get my Fitbit to restart. So if the instructions above didn’t work, try holding down the button(s) a bit longer. If that doesn’t work your Fitbit may be unable to communicate with the Fitbit app on your phone, tablet, or another device. So it’s a good idea to relaunch the Fitbit app by closing it, checking for any app updates, and reopening it.

😃 Let me know how it goes….I got my fingers crossed for ya

Thanks for your reply , for the charger, I’m not able to access the butttons while it’s on the charger as the charger wraps around the whole device.

and the app itself can’t connect to the phone, as the versa 2 is looping through a boot cycle, and it doesn’t actually stay on. Just the Fitbit logo continuously coming on then off.
