My fitbit is stuck on spotify logo or it gives me the message "make sure my phone bluetooth is on and synch phone. I have done this several times. My reset button on the right side of Versa 2 is not working. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @lsu78. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @lsu78 - if the watch is stuck on the Fitbit logo, a restart of the watch and phone may help.
To restart the watch press and hold the button on the left side of the watch if it is a Versa 2 and wait for the display to go blank then vibrate and the logo to reappear, it should then start again.
