Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hello, my versa 2 wont update the latest firmware. It is displaying the fitbit logo only can not get it to reset or do anything other than show the logo.

Hi there @DIVERDUDE2012, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2 and for trying to troubleshoot it before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

All the fit bit is doing is flashing the logo and it's not able to be put
back on my fit bit account

I have the exact same issue of a flashing logo. This started yesterday morning. My Versa 2 has been operating fine for 11 months. Now it’s unusable. It won’t respond to resets, plugging into charger, etc. I’d really appreciate any guidance.
