Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa 2 is currently stuck in a loop  between the Fitbit logo screen for 20+ seconds and a black screen for 2 seconds. I’ve tried the factory reset, and I’ve also tried putting the watch back on the charger for 10+ minutes, but nothing changes. The watch just remains stuck in this loop.

Please help

Odd behaviour -

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Hi there @JND_Versa_2, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've performed so far, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I tried these steps twice but my device is not turning on. I am able to get
a Fitibt logo on the screen but the device will not pair.

This is me too! I'm stuck on the logo screen but the fitbit isn't connecting to any of my devices that it was connected to before the update.
