Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I use my timer all the time. Today I touched the Timer icon and instead of launching the timer app, the Fitbit Logo appeared for several seconds and the my screen went back to my home screen. I have disconnected Bluetooth and re-paired my Versa 2 as well as powered down my Versa 2 and turned back on. Both the Versa 2 and my Fitbit app are both up to date.

Anyone else have this issue or have any other suggestions?

Hi there, @elizstan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

Before the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2 once more time.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

I followed your suggested instructions. It did not help. Every time I tap the Timer icon on my Versa 2 it briefly shows the Timer Icon in the center of the screen and then it shows the Fitbit icon for about 30-40 seconds. Then the Versa 2 vibrates anthem goes back to the watch screen.   The only happens when I try to use the Timer app.
