Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi there, please help. I have tried about seven times to restart my Fitbit, I have make sure it is fully charged and because it won’t come off of the logo or black screen, I cannot factory reset. It just toggle between a black screen and Fitbit logo.. I happen to be in Mexico so I can easily get a new device sent to me. Any advice would help.  Thanks, Sue

Hi there, @SueLinja1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

To solve this issue, I recommend following the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I appreciate this very thorough reply however after going through those steps my watch is still doing the same thing. Any other ideas? Thanks so much, Sue
