Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

For some reason my Versa 2, has been draining battery. This time when I charged it,  the Fitbit icon on was in the screen and would not change.it.

I tried the factory reset, connected, then failed. Then I started the update and now it’s either frozen or it has died! Not sure what to do.

Hi there, @Shannon-Versa2. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

 

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

 

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Thank you for making the suggestions, I had to run out of town for a few days. I attempted to follow your instructions but my Versa won’t even charge now. 

 

So I can not actually do those steps, with now power to the device. 

any other suggestions?
