Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

I have tried to do the reset but holding it down and releasing until I see logo. I have done the quick push and than do the same thing. About 2 days ago my watch would just randomly go nuts and start vibrating and would randomly switch screens and than it went black. The light was still working at this point. Yesterday it just like shut off at 1:30 and wouldn’t turn on unless I would hold button down. Problem is I would only get logo never the full screen. Any help is much appreciated

Hi there, @JenCc33. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2.

It sounds like you've performed a factory reset, that would explain why your Versa 2 is stuck on the Fitbit Logo.

With that being said, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
