Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

I've tried holding in the button until the logo disappears, & again after 2 second to try to restart it. But get no restart, no vibration,  no green lights on the back, nothing.  I've tried syncing without luck; running the battery down & recharging and then syncing, still nothing. Is there any hope for this thing? I really loved it until this happened!

Hi there, @Lissylady. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the ones below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Mine doing exactly same only had it at Xmas 

mice seen you need to start chat with them and they will sort. Currently looking for section to start chat

Hi! I tried everything you suggested.  I was able to get it off the fitbit logo for about 2 hours, then it went back to the logo. It would not do a full setup though, it won't swipe anymore,  so I couldn't finish setting up the shortcuts, and now it won't swipe to get anywhere but the clock.  I've removed it from my account and reloaded it 3 times, without luck on getting it setup and working like it was.
