Today my Versa run out of battery when I was training (or at least it went all black). When I got home, I put it in charger and when I took it off, it went all crazy. All the watch does is switch the screen between all black and the Fitbit logo. It doesn’t connect to my phone or the app and nothing happens, despite how long I press the side button. Is there anything I can do?

Hi there, @Veera1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hey,
I did all that, but nothing chanches. My bluethoot doesn’t find the device and the clock stays in the same mood. I still can’t turn it off or restart, despite how long I press the side button. Also in the back of the clock, there isn’t any green lights, where they normally are.
