My clock face was not displaying anything. So i tried to sync the data before troubleshooting. But it was not getting synced. I tried to restart my Versa2 by pressing side button. Now the screen is stuck on fitbit logo. Cant do anything. Is there any way I can erase the data before I discard this device and get a new one?

Best AnswerMine did this suddenly today also!! I can’t get it to sync, my clock screen is completely gone. I can swipe to the menus but can’t actually access the apps, then it freezes. So frustrating. I use it daily and now it’s useless.
Best AnswerMine has done the same thing! I thought for sure it was a goner. But now today after the battery died and I recharged it the logo is now gone. But now my watch face won’t read any touch. I have a feeling Fitbit tried to do something and it crashed all of our watches
