Hello

My versa 2 has been working perfectly until yesterday when the battery went flat, I put it on charge and since then it is just flashing the Fitbit logo on and off. It will not turn on, I have tried to do the reset by holding button for 10 seconds. I have no idea if it is charging when plugged in. I have deleted it from my Fitbit app and tried to reconnect it but it is not discoverable.

Can anyone please help??

Assistance is futile with their customer support. Between not understanding what they say half the time to them not listening that I have already done these steps before it is really hopeless.
