On a hike yesterday my versa two was working fine. Then I look down a few minutes later and it’s blinking the logo. My phone can’t pair with it. I tried all the steps from other posts. Forgot the device. Turned off Bluetooth. When I press and hold down the button nothing happens. Not even the vibration. It’s charged. My phone can’t find the device. Tried with my husbands phone and it can’t find it either. Super frustrating I bought this watch a year ago almost to the day after my last one had a similar problem. These watches are junk and I won’t be buying another.

Hello there, @Meldebo. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo despite all the steps you've done so far. I understand how frustrating this can be and where your concern is coming from as your device is just one year old. I'll do my best to help you with this.
As our last resort, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

This doesn’t work. As I already stated I can hold the button for a whole minute and still there’s no vibration. The logo just keeps blinking on and off with no response
