Versa 2 won't sync

Hi @Andreacowin - if your watch is charged and working the new V4 Fitbit App has known problems with syncing, try first holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and then sync. A phone restart may also be necessary.
