Versa 2 stopped working yet again

My Versa 2 has broken again only 17 months after they're placed my previous broken one. The screen is frozen and no longer swipes. I've tried restarts, disconnecting from my phone and nothing works. I got in touch with support and they tried a forced factory reset but it wouldn't do it. Essentially nothing works.

Sadly they are refusing to offer any solution other than I buy a new fitbit... really disappointed in this product it breaks easily within the 2 year guarantee that came with it. Sadly the replacement watch face isn't covered for another 2 years like the original was so time to look for a more reliable brand as clearly FitBits aren't "fit" for purpose.

I've seen lots of similar posts on here which confirms this is a poorly made product.

Clearly fitbit watches are not made to last given my experience and the dozens of customers I've seen on here complaining about exactly the same thing!
