Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi. My Fitbit versa 2 is stuck on the home screen with just a Fitbit logo. I did a reset and this is what happened. I’ve read the forums and tried everything to get it up and running. Nothing works. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

I am not help but also having this issue.

My versa 2 randomly started vibrating, showed this logo then turned itself off. It won’t switch back on despite being connected to the charger for over 1 hour and me trying to re set it.

Just to update, I was able to contact Fitbit support and they guided me to unpair from my iPhone and delete the app entirely and start over. That helped when I deleted everything and I was able restart my versa successfully!
