My versa 2 is stuck in a loop of flashing the logo on the screen approx every 10 seconds. It's not connected to my phone. Holding down the button doesn't do anything. The only way I can get it to stop flashing is by plugging it in to charge, then as soon as I unplug it and press the button on the side it starts flashing the logo every 10 seconds again. It just started doing this last night out of nowhere after I'd set my alarms. Not after any updates etc.

Hi there, @emrijo. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still unresponsive. I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
