Versa 2 stuck on Spotify screen and side button won't work

I've had my Versa 2 for less than a year with no problems until today. The screen will light up with movement but it will only show the Spotify screen and my side button has stopped working. I used thin tweezers to gently try to remove any buildup that may have accumulated around the button but to no avail. 

 

Help!

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Try restarting your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
