I have a message on my screen that wants me to download a pay clock face, can’t delete the message. Any ideas?

Hi @JJPH - if you can, try switching to another clock face, swipe left on the watch face, select Clocks, change and sync with the Fitbit app or in the the Fitbit App, Gallery tile switch to another, then you will be able to remove the clock face.

Note: there are many free clock faces and apps available that may even be a better choice.

Hi Guy, thanks for trying to help, my problem is that after resetting my Fitbit Versa 2, 3 times, when I finish resetting and go through all the questions, the screen changes to “to continue using Snow Town please visit Kz.io/code:” followed by a 5 or 6 digit code.

I can’t get out of this screen unless I buy their watch face.

Can you help please?

@JJPH - on the watch when you click the Clocks app can you change clock face? Then sync.

Hi Guy, thanks for your reply, I don’t see any app to change clock faces on my watch, am I missing something?

@JJPH - when you swipe the watch face to the left you should see things like Settings, Clocks, Alarms, Timer, Weather etc. as apps.

If you don't there may be a different problem also.

Hi Guy, thanks for your reply, you are right, when I swipe to the left I found “clocks “ when I click on it, I get the same message as before. If I swipe to the left it shows me the names of the clock faces, one in each screen, that I probably could download for a price. This looks like ramson ware.

@JJPH- when you open the Clocks app it shows you clocks already on your watch, choose one that is working without payment.

Hi Guy, as I said before. when I go to clocks the only thing that shows up is the same that I told you before, an offer to buy a clock face from them, I don’t know how Fitbit allows this, I may have to buy their clock face and hope that I can get to the Fitbit app.

@JJPH - what might work is to turn off the phone's Bluetooth and restart the watch, then try the Clocks app.

If that works turn on Bluetooth again and sync.

Hi Guy, Fitbit community, good afternoon, I would like to thank you for the time you spent with me, helping me. Please know that Guy helped me solve the problem, I finally went to the clocks app on my Fitbit, and when I swiped left and saw the names of the clock faces that I thought were for sale, they were actually free faces from Fitbit, when I clicked on one, it installed itself. Thank you for your help.
