My versa 2 is stuck on logo screen. I have tried turning it off but couldn't get the logo to turn off. I deleted it off my account and tried to reinstall but it cant find the watch to reinstall. Put it on charger for all day and tried again, the logo was still there. It will go dark for awhile until I start pushing the buttons and then all that comes up is the logo. This watch is only about 6 mouths old. I see this is a common problem has anyone been able to get it fixed

I am also facing the same problem.My versa got stuck on the logo.When it’s on charge it’s not showing anything,popping up the logo sometimes.

I haven’t used the versa for past 3 months and it’s 9 months old.Can someone tell how to solve this.That would help.Thanks in advance
