Hi. I have been having problems with a black screen on my Versa 2 and the side button not working at all. I have managed to reinstall it but now it is stuck on the 'output source’ screen and as the side button doesn’t work, I can't do a factory reset or get it back to the time screen. I’ve tried changing the clock face via the app but that had no effect. Please could you advise? Thanks

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Versa 2 and the difficulties that you are experiencing.
Please confirm that the button is free of any debri and then try one more time to perform a restart as indicated:
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
