It is quite difficult to fully understand what you are referring to with your statement. In any case, restarting your device and changing the clock face is something we recommend with issues like this.

Screen of my Fitbit Versa 2 STUCK ON SOURCE OUTPUT SCREEN . Unable to bring
Clock Face Screen . On pressing side button , Fitbit Logo is not
being displayed also. Solving the issue requested .
