Hi,
My versa 3 screen stopped responding to my touch commands. I did reset multiple times by long pressing side button. But not working the screen. I can only see the time, but cant do anything in practical to command.
i am using for 2.5 years continuously. Is my versa coming to an end?

I really appreciate all the steps that you have already tried to solve the screen issue that has your Versa 2.
Since the restart didn't work, now you can try to change the clock face. Please follow the steps described here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi
I already changed the clock face to the default one. Did not work. Now my versa screen 3 screen doesnot respond at all and i can not change the clock face any more. The watch doesn’t awake even after lifting my wrist. I can see the time but do nothing else.

Considering this situation and since my previous recommendation hasn't worked, I would like to move on to the next step. In this case you will need to perform a full system reset.
Try doing the following:
Once the Fitbit logo appears, the Fitbit device displays the image with the phone icon and the setup indicator. Set up your watch again by following the instructions at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
