My Versa 2 worked well until about 2 weeks ago. Suddenly it is counting an insane number of floors that is wildly inaccurate. Its been between 150 and 200 floors counted every day. I might be doing 5-6 floors a day, 10 at most (I live in a town house). The other readings, like step count, seem to be accurate. I cleaned the Versa 2, changed the watch band, tightened it for a day, loosened it for a day. Still no change. I tried leaving it off overnight and restarting it. Still the same issue. I am seeing similar posts of others having this issue, so I am assuming there is some software issue? Is there a fix for this?

It may not be the watch, mine has gone haywire too, more like a software bug that has been recently introduced.

I think you're right. It went to normal this past weekend, but then started back with the same issue again. If this keeps up I'm gonna need to switch brands. It's driving me crazy.
