I bought my Versa 2 in mid December and am now having problems not being able to swipe or use the touch screen on it. It has also started to reboot throughout the day, even when it is charging. A couple days ago it was not keeping time and after looking around I changed the clock face back to the original. That seemed to solve the problem until today. Now it loses time for a bit until I force it to restart and resync with my phone and then it is back to the correct time for awhile before it does it again. I managed to get the swipe functions to work once and did a factory reset but this did not solve/help any of the issues. What else can I try as I'd really like to keep it?

@Elcswanson, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the screen won't swipe and it loses time. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Due to this, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
I'll be around if any question arises.

Hello, I have the same problem with my Versa2 (bought in December).
The touch screen doesn't work at all. I can use the swipe function just from time to time. So I can't use fitbit pay or start a workout program when I want.
Also, it keeps restarting through the day and loses the heart beat.
So, I can use this smart watch just to see the hour. I am really disappointed.
I tried a reset and a shut down. The touch screen worked a short period and now I have the same issues.
Can you help me resolve them?
