I have been attempting to update my versa lite for three days now. I've done the factory reset. Installed and uninstalled the Fitbit app, connected and reconnected via Bluetooth, and let it try to update for hours on-end only to have "update fail" and then the app says "try these four tips!" which...I have....
I'm feeling very frustrated and just wanting it to work 😕 any insights would be most appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the firmware update issue that your Versa Lite experienced. I totally understand your frustration about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
