Versa 2 swipe not working

My watch has been stuck on the clock face for two weeks now. The touch screen no longer responds. I am unable to swipe to get to the additional settings. Is there a possible update coming soon? Seems like it is just a software glitch....

@CCurly and @Gdixon1010 - Please try restarting your Versa 2s a couple times. To do this, press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds. Hold it until the screen gets past Alexa and shows the Fitbit logo. When you see that, release the button. 

 

While it is restarting, do the following:

  • Verify that your phone’s OS is at the latest version.
  • Verify that your Fitbit app is at the latest version. 
  • Close the Fitbit app. 
  • Power your phone off ... wait a few minutes ... then power it back on.

When the Versa 2 reset is complete, wait a few minutes then do it again. Please let us know if this resolves the problem.

This did not work. My Fit Bit is working with version 68.9.15, and my IOS
is up to date. Let me know if there is another possible solution. At the
moment I can not swipe in any direction.

I let the Fitbit sit on the charger overnight and it just started working! Hopefully I will not have any more problems.
