My watch has been stuck on the clock face for two weeks now. The touch screen no longer responds. I am unable to swipe to get to the additional settings. Is there a possible update coming soon? Seems like it is just a software glitch....
@CCurly and @Gdixon1010 - Please try restarting your Versa 2s a couple times. To do this, press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds. Hold it until the screen gets past Alexa and shows the Fitbit logo. When you see that, release the button.
While it is restarting, do the following:
When the Versa 2 reset is complete, wait a few minutes then do it again. Please let us know if this resolves the problem.
