Versa 2 swipe unresponsive

My Versa 2 has suddenly decided that it will not swipe away from the main screen, so I am unable to access the othe features

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the touchscreen issue of your Versa 2, please follow the next steps to restart your device:

 

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
