I never set up wifi on my Versa. Hopefully they figure something soon
Best AnswerI uninstalled fit it app and reinstalled it, it automatically went through the setup process again and now it works fine..
Best AnswerI uninstalled the app multiple times and no update. Now my Fitbit is at least an hour behind for time and WILL NOT sync period. I haven't had my versa 2 for that long. I bought it back in April.

Best AnswerMy fitbit was working on Friday perfectly fine, them Saturday is started acting up, not syncing, etc. I can't exchange it because of covid-19. So I have to do a refund and BUY another one I just got a job, and do not have the money to BUY another fitbit. They released an update for the firmware and I'm still waiting for the update I can still use it for steps and heart rate, just not time.
