I installed the firmware update on my versa 2 on 4/22 and continue to have issues. It resets on its own and also having sync issues. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips listed in forum but nothing seems to be working. I have removed device from Bluetooth by selecting forget this device, shutdown watch, powered off iPhone, removed and added Fitbit app and still having problems. The only thing I haven’t done was a factory reset. I don’t want to lose my data. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you

I finally gave up and bought a "renewed" tracker by another brand on Amazon. It was delivered Saturday and, unlike my Versa Lite, it works.

Sorry to hear about your Fitbit issues after a firmware update. This same issue has constantly appeared in Fitbit forums for the last 2 years. I’ve not upgraded mine for ages and don’t intend to either as it is out of warranty and works. Given the uselessness of the “help” desk, fingers crossed your smart watches will miraculously correct themselves and when it does, do not upgrade firmware.

I was thinking of replacing my fitbit Sense with a new one. I will try waiting for a new firmware update to fix the problems that everyone seems to have. Sense loses connection to phone, I don't get my notifications on the Sense(most of the time), I can't swipe right unless I restart the watch, etc etc.
