Versa 2 sync issues

HI Everyone, 

Just today my Versa 2 stopped syncing with my app?  My app keeps saying it is looking for my device but never finds it.  Should I delete it and start over?  I'm not sure what the problem is. My wifi is fine, my Bluetooth on my phone says the versa 2 is connected?  The app and the device are not communicating with each other.  I've looked at the help articles but nothing relates.  Does anybody have any suggestions?  Thank you in advance 🙂

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Yes Thank you Steve, I ended up deleting the fitbit and starting over and it worked.  Thanks so much for all of the suggestions.  Very helpful.
