I have rebooted the versa, the phone, I have checked the playstore i have the most updated app.
I'm lost as of what to do next

Hey everyone so after doing another unpair and factory reset, its time for a replacement. I called customer care and they are taking care of me. Y'all don't wait...warranties dont last always.

@Jyangel did you get through to customer service today? I had this issue yesterday and they were able to fix it, but it started up again last night and I can't pair at all now. You said that you actually tried Factory resetting it and that didn't help either? that is the one thing that I have not tried.

I spoke with them last night. I think they are only opened Mon-Fri.
Yes I tried factory reset and unloaded from the app. Most functions came back but not HR

What is the customer care number?
My fitbit battery was way down. I charged it & when I turned it on, the time was over 3 hours slow. I tried to find the time app to no avail. I finally set it back to factory settings -- now I can't access it and when I click the app on my phone, it says Ooops and something else so I deleted the app and tried to install it but it won't work. HELP!

That's when mine really messed up when I clicked on restore factory settings.

I tried with no avail to the point that I got NOTHING! Very frustrating, but I ended up calling customer service and because mine was under warranty, they are sending me another one. Unfortunately, they are in NO hurry to get it to me, but it is supposed to arrive today (after waiting for a week). I will give this one more try and if this one doesn't last, I'm going with the Galaxy Active 2....
