Feedback about Versa 2 return process

I had my screen get corrupted on my versa 2 after only a few months of having it and the process of getting it returned had been dreadful. I really wouldn't recommend buying another Fitbit product and customer service is very unhelpful.

My fitbit versa blacked out what should i do? How can i contact the fitbit?

Yes I have yet to hear anything from claims and wondering if I ever willSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Since your fitbit is relatively new, see if your store will give you a refund.  If not, call the fitbit help line regarding the replacement.
