My new Versa 2 constantly cannot be found on the iPad (7th generation) Fitbit app. I have to keep holding the button on the Fitbit to shut it down, or remove the app from iPad and reload, or shut off blue tooth to try again. It will always sync to the iPhone 8 but not the iPad. Both devices are operating at 14.3. I never had this issue with my Charge 2, as I could always sync and update to one or the other, but both apps would open every day. Any suggestions to fix this please as I have tried everything. Thank you.

Hello @Limey71, welcome to the Community Forums.
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
