Versa 2 syncing issue on Android devices

Why unlike other Fitbit devices does it take so long to sync. When you try to sync all it seems to do is search for device the software seems more "clunky" (slower) than on any other Fitbit device and I've owned them all so am able to make a comparisons.

Hi @lowbe1  What phone are you using? I am finding my V2 faster and more responsive than my V1 and it syncs like lightening!

In addition to the information that requested @NellyG, please check out the supported devices list. If your phone is listed, make sure that it has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
