I have recently had issues on and off with the Versa 2 syncing with samsung 10. now it has NOT been able to sync x 24 HOURS. I have logged out and cleared the data. no help. with the issues my husband has with the new Charge 4 I am totally disgusted with FITBIT and will likely comment on social media regarding the poor quality control and response to issues. very disappointed with this company at this time.
