Versa 2 syncing problems

I just got a Versa 2 watch a couple weeks ago. I mainly wanted it because it has Alexa on it and it kind of worked at first but for the last week or so it keeps giving me problems. It's not staying synced to the fitbit app on my phone (Moto g7) and most of the time it won't even manually sync to the app without restarting the Versa 2 and occasionally my phone too. When I get it to sync, Alexa works but it doesn't keep working for more than half a day. I've tried restarting both my phone and the watch, which as I said before only works for a little while. I've also "replaced" the Versa 2 on my fitbit app and had it reinstall it. I've turned the bluetooth off and on on my phone. I've restarted my home's wifi router. I've made sure that both my fitbit app and my versa 2 are updated. I can't seem to find anything else to try or anything that is supposed to fix this problem. At this point I'm getting really frustrated because if I want to use Alexa on my Versa 2, I have to get out my phone and manually sync the Versa 2 to my phone through the fitbit app. The same thing goes for using apps on the Versa 2 like the geocaching one or Spotify.

@crimpngrip, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is experiencing syncing issues. By the way, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'm afraid that the Moto G7 is not listed in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why your Fitbit watch is not syncing with your phone properly.

However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of this device. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.

We appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

I'll be around if any question arises.
