Versa 2, time back an hour

Versa 2, has gone back an hour any suggestions please

Have you tried re-syncing your Versa 2?

If the above information does not do the trick, I would try shutting down the watch.  Go to settings, scroll down to about, and tap shutdown.  Then re-start. 

If that doesn't resolve it, I would try shutting down the watch and restarting your phone at the same time.  After the phone has re-started, I would re-start the watch.

We have done all that and I am still 1 hour out

I have resynced the phone to the watch switched off the watch and phone together and the watch is still 1 hour out
