Versa 2 time incorrect

Versa 2 ran out of battery. Charged and time synced twice today but then doesn't change and keep time. Deleted fitbit app, WiFi, unpaired, paired, resynced. Changed time zone twice and currently 27 mins behind and not moving. Can anyone help...
