Hey,
so Im having an issue with my fitbit versa 2 where the time is falling behind slowly, it was at 15 mins fallen behind and now its 40 minutes behind.
Ive tried changing the time from auto time zone to manual time zone and so on, and ive tired resyncing, Ive tried the factory reset but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any other suggestions or answers?
I love my fitbit's but my last fitbit had a major issue and now this one is messing up and I'd like it sorted.

@SunsetRunner Welcome on board. Note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

Similar issue to what I’m dealing with on my versa lite. Stuck 2 hours behind my time. I’ve tried manual, auto time zones, factory reset, disconnecting and reconnecting to my device, can’t get it to leave PST. Just started happening last werk

Me too. Went thru another time zone on a trip and now back home and versa 2 will not show current time zone. Still an hour ahead.

Hi, I have the same issue, the syncing has not worked, the time zone zone manual setting has not worked, I have reset it to factory settings before and that was only a temporary fix. Please help.

I am having same issue. Seeing you have had no response makes me think fitbit does not know either.
