My Fitbit versa 2 heart rate tracking stopped working just after my warranty expired and after I have just purchased 1 year fitbit premium subscription. I tried troubleshooting by going through fitbit community posts related to this issue but nothing worked for me.
I preferred fitbit over other brands and feel quite disappointed with myself. Rather than giving motivation my fitbit versa2 became headache for me.
please help.

@EdsonFitbit they are not able to help me now as i am out of warrantee. I feel helpless and cheated now. versa2 not durable as expected and above that i purchased fitbit premium recently. without HR tracking this watch is useless.
