Why is my watch all of a sudden showing the wrong time and how do I fix it?

Hello @Fitchallenged usually because the tracker hasn't synced in a long period of time.

My Versa went back two hours while I was sleeping causing my alarm to go off late and I missed work. Something totally broken.
