Ok, I cannot get my versa to update with correct time. I have completely turned it off and on. I have gone into my settings and disabled the time zone. I have manually inputted that in and it is still not working. Please help.
Secondly, how do you delete face clocks that you don't want anymore and add new ones?
Thanks

I don't know if your time is off by exact number of hours as in time zone issue, or off by minutes.
If not exact hours, the only way to set time or date is via sync. It takes date and time from phone at each sync.

On phone app Today screen, drag down on screen; near top, should see message about syncing, then sync complete.
Alternately, from Today screen, tap profile pic, then your fitbit model, and should see "Sync Now" button and tells time of last successful sync.
It could be that you are not syncing successfully, as shown by time of last sync, and that is why you time is not getting corrected. That brings up a whole other issue.

Versa 2 time is still off by 45 minutes. Tried everything you spoke of.

That means it didn't sync successfully. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

My versa 2 has synced successfully multiple times and is still off with 1:25 on my watch to 11:33 on my iPhone SE 2020. It has been this way since it died and recharged fully. I have tried everything already on support pages but nothing has worked to fix my problem. Hard resetting my watch just pushed the time back farther.
