Versa 2 too dim when outside

When walking outside watch goes dark. Checked all settings recommended on forum nothing seems to fix it. Has to be sensor light is gone. Unfortunately my watch is out of warranty so not sure what to do

Hi @Troy3333 - this may not be a watch problem.

Polarised dark glasses will have the effect you describe, but also go to Quick Settings to ensure you don't have it in Sleep mode which sets the watch to Dim.

Also try with brightness set to max [for a test] but usually Normal works fine when not wearing dark glasses and watch is not in direct sunlight.
