Had the versa2 for a few weeks now and its great, but occasionally the touch screen doesent qork... "Tap to wake" works but I can't slide to see the menu or anything wlse, have to close screen and either push the button to wake it or tap to wake.. sometimes it works the sceond time but sometimes I have to do this 15-20 times... Guessing it's a software issue since when it works it works perfectly..
What do I do?

Hi @Joachi, good to see you in the community.
There are a couple of things you can try, the first and most obvious would be to try restarting your Versa. You can do this by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the fitbit logo). The second is a bit more extreme being a factory reset, I would only recommend this as a last resort though. This should at least rule out it being a software issue.

Also did a factory reset now...and still the same problem

Sounds like a hardware issue to me then. I would suggest contacting customer support to discuss what options are available to you.

Even after doing this mine is not working. Occasionally sometimes works but that too just one click
