Why is my Versa 2 touch screen not working or only partially working? And why does it just randomly turn off and restart on its own? I tried to chat with an agent and got disconnected accidentally....I sent the video of me trying to use it and still have had no response. How many others are having this issue?

@Stephfit2020, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the touchscreen issue that your Versa's display experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email today.
Please reply to their email in order to follow up.
